We are very pleased to announce that the following schools and professional education programs have successfully advanced to candidacy status. Candidacy for Accreditation is granted to programs that have satisfied eligibility requirements and show substantial compliance with the Commission’s accreditation standards and policies at a level that is reasonable for the program’s stage of development.
AAC currently has 14 schools with a total of 25 programs in Candidacy for Accreditation. AAC will be adopting a uniform program title for what currently stands as the highest level of training in Ayurvedic Medical Education within the US. We are actively seeking feedback from all stakeholders in the Ayurvedic community.
