New Board Member

We are delighted to welcome Sandeep Agarwal, MBA, to AAC as the newest member of our Board of Directors. Sandeep is the co-founder of Pure Indian Foods, a fifth-generation manufacturer of organic, grass-fed ghee, spices and herbal products. He brings decades of business experience and a passion for Ayurveda to the position and we look forward to his expertise.

NAMA Conference 2025

Join the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) at the 2025 Conference in Irving, Texas, May 2–4 for a special celebration of Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom on health and longevity in the digital age.

We are delighted to announce that Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS) has achieved accredited status. These two programs have the distinction of being the inaugural AAC accredited programs. Accredited programs have demonstrated that they meet or exceed AAC’s rigorous standards and requirements for accreditation.

Council of Schools Meeting Series

We are proud to announce the formation of the AAC Council of Schools. This is an open-door collective for all AAC candidate and accredited program representatives. Program representatives are invited to meet quarterly with members of the AAC leadership team to discuss the accreditation policies and processes, reflect on current curriculum requirements, and share feedback.

AAC was a proud sponsor of the recent CAAM conference in Milpitas, California. The event brought together hundreds of passionate individuals and organizations dedicated to advancing the profession. Pratima Musburger, our Board Treasurer, represented the AAC and had a wonderful time connecting with teachers, practitioners, students, and supporters of the Ayurvedic medicine community (see the photos below!). The weekend was full of meaningful discussions and connections, as well as exciting ideas and potential collaborations. As we move forward, AAC is committed to continuing to strengthen these relationships that are vital to our mission.

We look forward to seeing many of you again at the upcoming NAMA conference in May.
